The Real Estate Scientific Society, founded in 1994 in Olsztyn, gathers professors and doctors from various fields of science, specializing in spatial management and asset valuation. Our goal is to develop knowledge and promote scientific achievements and practical applications in the field of real estate. Through presenting positions, conducting research, and organizing conferences, the Society supports the development of valuation methods and real estate management.
The Society aims to develop and disseminate knowledge about spatial management and the methods, techniques, and principles of asset valuation, popularizing scientific achievements in this field, as well as their practical applications in the activities of economic entities.
Among the Society's main tasks are presenting positions and opinions on theoretical and practical issues related to managing asset resources, inspiring and conducting research on valuation methods and principles of real estate management, and enhancing theoretical knowledge and practical skills in asset management.
The Society's areas of interest include initiating and conducting research and analysis on asset management and valuation, enriching and disseminating knowledge about methods and techniques for determining the value of asset components and managing them, as well as initiating, organizing, and conducting cooperation with organizations, enterprises, higher education institutions, research and development units, social organizations, and scientific associations in the country and abroad.
The Society's activities also involve assessing legal regulations and participating in international scientific organizations and associations dealing with asset management issues, as well as promoting ethical principles and engaging in economic activities related to statutory activities.
