Report - Scientific Seminar of the Real Estate Scientific Society - March 2024

On March 6, 2024, the Scientific Seminar of the Real Estate Scientific Society took place. The main topic was "Supporting decision-making processes in real estate management".

The speakers were:

  • Eng. Anna Brzozowska, AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Road Management Board of the City of Krakow – who presented the paper "Development of a support system for the management of road real estate in cities implementing modern urban concepts".
  • Dr. hab. Eng. Anna Bazan-Krzywoszańska, Prof. UZ, University of Zielona Góra – who presented the paper "Supporting decision-making processes - hybrid models".

After the presentations, a discussion was held on:

  • Decision-making model in road real estate management processes,
  • The aim of the implementation doctorate concerning the development of a support system for the management of road real estate in cities,
  • Sustainable mobility,
  • Possibilities of using hybrid models in assessing the economic effects of planning developments,
  • Possibilities of using planning decisions in the economic area,
  • Prediction of real estate values ​​(land or other components).

The seminar was attended by 48 people from many Polish and foreign scientific centers, doctoral students, and students.
